This is Mattie's own apartment which she has owned for seven years.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, sitting room and an American style kitchen. The large terrace overlooks the whole bay of Villefranche across to Cap Ferrat.
Located in the heart of the old town and forming one entire floor of a building dating back to the 16th Century. A terrace this size is rare in the old town. Please note that there are stairs up to the apartment.
The view is really wonderful. If you like the character of the old together with the comfort of the new, then you will love it here.
You will find a smattering of Mattie's art throughout the apartment giving the atmosphere of a home rather than an impersonal rental property. Our guests come back time and time again. Please read our reviews to see what people have said. There are always improvements being made and this year we installed ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms.
We have air conditioning now in the living room in case of any unusually hot weather.
The location (See map) is the best in town. Surrounded by restaurants and minutes from the sea front and beach. The train is seven minutes walk away. The street is a car free zone and parking is available close by in the public car park or free in the streets and on the citadel. A car is not necessary.

Amenities include:- Washing machine and separate dryer. Dishwasher and microwave. Ironing board/iron and hair dryer. DVD and T.V. (library of films which you are welcome to watch). Wireless internet. Sky T.V
Linen and towels are supplied and beach towels.
